Telemarketing Executive

 Job Description:

 

·         To sell internet and offline solutions.

·         Follow-up with customers, prospects and leads, meet deadlines and exceed sales targets.

·         Assess and identify customer needs, effectively handle objections, close sales.

·         Adhere to stipulated call norms on a daily basis.

·         Resolve customer complaints/issues by working with the customer service team or other departments.

·         To win business from our competitors and to create opportunities for greater market penetration.

·         To continually monitor and research the market.

Eligibility:

·         Graduate or fresher with a minimum of 06 months of active selling experience.

·         An exposure or awareness about student community , education industry, training, coaching or internet industry would be a definite advantage.

·         Demonstrate Fluency in written and spoken English and ability to converse with majority of Indian students.

·         Must be proficient in use of MS Word, MS Excel and Internet.


WEB MASTER

Webmaster may be in charge of creating the site and putting it on a separate company's server or setting up one within the company. The Web design and creation may be done initially by an outside Web design firm that turns the finished site over to the company's in-house. Webmaster has to maintain and perhaps add content within the established design.

Webmaster duties typically will include editorial responsibility for the content, quality and style of the site, in collaboration with the area authors on the team. This will include finding, creating and installing tools to create web content and check consistency.

 

 

Typical areas of responsibility for a Webmaster include:

HTML Authoring. Including an understanding of HTML 2.0, 3.2, 4, Dynamic HTML, and other extensions; e.g. tables, frames, server-push/client-pull, server-side includes, etc., as well as an appreciation for browser compatibility issues.

CGI Scripting. CGI scripts are used to create dynamic Web pages. Typically including (but not necessarily limited to) Perl, C and UNIX shell scripts.

Basic Graphic Design Capability. Able to produce attractive Web pages that are effective within the limitations of the delivery medium.

Internet Awareness. A general appreciation for the issues concerning the Internet and World Wide Web (download time/bandwidth, content-driven pages, graphics vs text, browser compatibility - colors, resolution, etc).

 

 

General UNIX and PC (MS-Windows) Awareness.

Basic TCP/IP and Networking (e.g. Service ports, Name Servers, Email, USENET, HTTP, FTP, etc).

 

 

Graphic Design Skills.

Customer Awareness. The ability to manage a relationship with a customer and work within specified requirements.

      

WWW Server Configuration (e.g. NCSA, CERN, Apache, Netscape    Commercial Server - including NSAPI)


Online Marketing Manager

 Will be responsible for planning, implementing and executing online customer acquisition campaigns to generate business growth, marketing communications, public relations, and social media positioning for the company. Focus will be on paid and organic search, affiliate programs, comparison shopping and email programs.

 

 


  Responsibilities:

1.    Support Brand awareness through activities such as: whitepapers, webinars, blogs, press releases, industry articles and other premium content.

 

2.    Develop and deploy: website updates, social media content, customer case    studies and monthly marketing newsletter.

3.    online marketing professional creates content for websites, such as Face book and Twitter, youtube. He also researches and implements keyword best practices for improving search results on websites and highly used search engines. testing the usability of internal and external links on websites and generating web analytics reports

4.    Develop Marketing strategies that ensure customer base growth with profitable returns .

5.    Seek out new partnerships for Co-Marketing opportunities .

6.    Evaluate market share and monitor competition .

 

 


Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years experience in business to business marketing includes following;  direct mail, email, presentation, whitepapers, case studies, advertising and webinars.

 Measurable experience in paid and organic search, affiliate programs,    comparison shopping engines, email and other online programs

A broad knowledge of Internet technologies. using analytical tools to track web traffic. basic knowledge in pay-per-click and banner advertising and search engine optimization.


Assistant Editor

Must have appeared at least 4 times in IAS exam.

Excellent writing skills and command over related contents.

Able to co-ordinate with the Editorial Team for the required contents.

 

 

Able to conduct seminar & workshops.

Minimum 3 years onwards experience in a publishing company will be preferred


Sub Editor/Editorial Assistants

Must have appeared at least thrice in IAS mains exam.

Excellent writing skills and command over related contents.

Preference will be given to candidates having background on Economics, Public Administration, Psychology, Law, Geography, Sociology etc.
