Vocational Education Vs. Academic Education

Academic education in many cases is owned by the capitalist and hence as its superability to attract the corporates for placements and guarantee the future of young talents. In this competitive world as per the survey there are less employable graduates. In an Uncertain economy where we are dependent on the west and europe for jobs there are few prerequisite required to fit into the corporate world like fluency in communication, technical skills, interpersonnel skills which vocational training lacks. If our country's economy is driven by manufacturing industry then vocational training is of immense advantage. The current picture looks like it is a software driven economy which acts like a archille's heel to the success of vocational training.
