The two parties must be national...because now more parties but less in national front are diminishing the national figure for sake in their political gain. There must be political coalition of two parties for sake of national politics otherwise it is of no fruit..

Two party system is a partial solution.firstly we should have good leaders who are interested in public services rather than their own profits. This will surely help for the improvement in governance of India
» Rahul Sharma, Ujjain, 2013-04-21 17:36:43
Two party system provides a better grip on the system of governance in a country which in turn leads to quicker and firm decisions to be taken. But a two party system should have a presidential style of election as in USA.

In two party system the states can't interfere in foreign policy, defence and international diplomacy like DMK and TMC are doing currently which will be more beneficial for the country and the goverment in power will be a responsible government which will work for country and not to please its allies and save its government

Yeas the delay in decisions due to many people of a coalition government can be minimised only by a single party in power under one high command and that should be P.M. Only
»MONIKA, AKOLA, 2013-04-11 08:54:44
but whats about all disagreement and delay in decisions due to many people
» Uma sasidharan, India, 2013-04-27 18:25:13
In India, right after independence there was the dominance of congress party which ruled like an autocrat at the centre even though ours was a democracy.During the late 70s and 80s,other parties like janata party started to rise up.By 90s we saw all the regional parties comin into power and the national parties like congress and BJP couldnt rule with single majority. Now the issue is these region al parties based on language, caste n religion wouldnt be helpful when it comes to policy implementation as there interst would be on one particualr section of the society.India has a parliamentary system of govt where any1 can form a party n stand up for election any sort of restriction will make it more bad.I dont think two party system will help us in any way as people wont have much choice
» Sandeep, kuk, 2013-04-27 09:50:48
one party can not opt for good work until there is a rival group who will critisize them for bad work or for no work
» Dileep, India, 2013-04-20 11:47:51
In a Democracy one should give enough space to choose the right one. In the Coalition Govt. the parties can be pressure groups which can monitor the ruling party all the time!! So it should convince the coalition-parties before framing a policy which can give a enough confidence on d bill!! Convincing is the best part of Democracy!! So therefore, Ill go with Coalition Party System!!

multiparti system as it own benifits weget max benifit if pre poll alliens are only allowed. during 5 years one can support or oppose govnment but can join opposition to form new government
» Awais, hyderabad, 2013-04-10 14:32:06
i think in a coalition government there are different parties with different mindset
» Saba Hashmi, Vasundhra GZB. U.P., 2013-04-22 10:18:52
Different ideas make different and innovative decisions which can help India to make different.
» MONIKA, AKOLA, 2013-04-09 21:57:59
MORE PEOPLE MORE SUGGESTIONS AND MORE UNAGREEMENT
» Ms arshi, Patna, 2013-04-30 23:35:26
in such a scenario even two party system have bleek chances to thrive...lets make peaple aware of fundamental of politics so could distinguish gud n bad politics 4 our future generations..bcos this will pressure them to work rather to hoarding of cash through curruption..otherwise 2 party or multiparty will ont be of any use..2days scene is quite difficult becos no party deserves our priceless vote..so let them do some introspect themselves
» Dhiraj , Blore , 2013-04-24 16:24:56
i thnk coalition gov is better that two party sys.here many parties will come together to discuss common issues with their different point of view.albeit this kind of procedure is lenghty but we can avoid the dalay in later stage say as implementaion.
» Saba Hashmi, Vasundhra GZB. U.P., 2013-04-22 10:16:21
But debate and suggestions or discussions are part of successful democracy. We should not afraid from such discussions.
» GAJARE DHANANJAY, Pune, 2013-04-17 19:25:16
In two party system leader can come to one final result because that party has its own agenda but in coalition there are different opinion on a particular issue so its tough to take any decision. e.g. fdi
