Access to solar power becomes easier with declining SPV prices
In Madhya Pradesh, the auctioned price of solar photovoltaic (SPV) power per kilowatt hour has reduced to Rs.2.97 from Rs.3. This is great news for future course of renewable energy. If we are to attain the national goal of installing 100 gigawatts by 2022, the country s solar capacity will have to be scaled up is the performance is to match with intent.
